Real Talk: Life Skills Workshops for Youth!

Real Talk: Life Skills Workshops for Youth!

Our workshops are developed by experienced mental health facilitators, including team members with certifications in ASIST, Just In Time training, and safety and crisis intervention. Two of our founders are trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), have backgrounds as former foster parents, and one of them was a foster child herself. Additionally, another team member brings military training to the group, along with expertise in conflict resolution, mental health coaching, and nutrition coaching. This diverse background ensures comprehensive and impactful learning experiences for our participants. We look forward to engaging with parents for feedback during our upcoming information sessions to refine our offerings further!
